OUR BACKGROUND
We are Steve and Rhonda Odom from Mobile, Alabama and have been married since 1986.
We have two children, Hillary and Clay.
Hillary is now married and lives in Dallas, Texas.
We began capturing precious black and white images of preschool age kids along the Gulf Coast in 2004.
Since then we have photographed thousands of kids.
Our philosophy is to capture a child's true personality and charm while in the comfort of their own classroom setting.
HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT
You may already have a photographer that you use and are familiar with. That's fine and we're not trying to replace them. Most of our centers will book us in the spring if they have something scheduled in the fall, or vice versa. The beginning of the school year is a great time for kicking off the Fall Season with pictures of fresh, fun faces!
They are also great Christmas gift ideas. Easter and Mother's Day are very popular events for springtime pictures as well.
What we do is so different from what your parents are used to seeing, it will be a "breath of fresh air " for them. No need for props or artificial backdrops because we feel that capturing children in their typical "school day" setting is not only natural but most comfortable for them.

We get numerous comments and responses from parents that say that their Kandid Kids photo is their favorite! These 11x14 images are irresistible and look great hanging on the wall.
Secondly, our business is focused on "kids." We don't book weddings or church directories, etc. We are passionate about what we do!
Thirdly, we don't use proofs. We print an actual 11x14 photo to send home with no obligation for the parent to purchase. They simply return it if they are not interested.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
Our program is very simple. We use a professional DSLR Canon camera and have a passion to capture an image that will be proudly displayed for years to come.
We produce the images using Epson's latest technology.
Professional Sure Color P8000.
We also use Epson paper & inks to insure our quality is
"second to none."
With ease, our photos are taken right in the classroom, no relocating or transporting children out of their comfort zones.
We pride ourselves on having patience with each child. We take the necessary time so they feel at ease and have fun too! We focus on getting the expression that best captures each child's personality...
EVERY CHILD'S PHOTO IS IMPORTANT TO US!
Next, we carefully begin the editing process so that each image displays the beauty and quality it deserves. We have the 11x14 photos processed and delivered within two weeks.
They are then sent home for the parents to review.
The 11x14 is reasonably priced at $29 and ready for framing.
Order forms are enclosed with pricing and information regarding additional prints and packages. (They make great gift ideas.)
If they decide not to purchase, they simply return it with no obligation.
A few days after the deadline, we'll pick up the orders and any returns.
All reorders are processed and delivered to the school usually within
5 to 7 business days. That's it! It's that simple!
